Boiler Service Plus

This includes a standard boiler service plus a general check of the wider heating system (up to 12 radiators are included but there will be a small additional charge for systems larger than this).

Radiators are visually inspected for evidence of leaks, either from the radiator itself or from the valves. We will check that each of the radiators is heating up, bleeding as required, and we will carry out any minor rebalancing. (If more extensive rebalancing is needed or if any other issues are detected, we will inform you of this and recommend appropriate remedial work.)

NOTE: We need to add any other checks included (hot water, underfloor heating, etc)
