Labour – Out of Hours (from)

Applies 6am-8am & 5pm – 9pm on weekdays, 9am-4pm Saturdays.

Outside of these hours, there may also be an unsociable hours supplement, but we will always make you aware of this before arranging a visit.

If you need urgent support outside of the hours listed above, we will generally try to find a temporary solution over the phone (chargeable at our Remote Support rate).

If that is not possible and we need to come out (subject to availability), there will be an Unsociable Hours Supplement chargeable on top of our standard labour rate. This varies according to exactly when and where we need to visit but will always be discussed with you in advance of a callout.
