Landlord's CP12 & standard boiler service

We are very keen to encourage our landlords to keep their heating systems well maintained so we offer the Landlord's Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) at a discounted price of £30 +vat, when carried out alongside a Standard Boiler Service or our Boiler Service Plus.

This price includes a safety inspection of the boiler and one additional appliance (usually a hob or gas fire). If you have additional appliances to be inspected, these are subject to a small additional charge of £24 +vat per appliance.
